Free Shipping on Orders Over $79

We make it easy! Standard shipping is free on orders over $79 on regular-priced and sale items that are sold and fulfilled by TheCyclist.ca, and YES even full bikes.

Standard shipping time is between 2-8 business days. 

Easy Return & Exchange

To streamline the return process, we offer refunds for all purchases made at thecyclist.ca. We do not offer exchanges, if you prefer another size or colour, please place a new order, it is faster to consider each order separately. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund. Please be noted it could take up to 10 business days from when we issue the refund for it to appear on your account. We have no control over this timeline and are not able to expedite this process.

A flat $9.99 plus taxes fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the return shipping (Not including Full Bikes). The flat rate is usually less than you’d pay by shipping directly through Canada Post.
