- New, unused gear, bikes, or apparels must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

Due to the cost of shipping, we are not able to offer free return shipping on full bikes, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return your bike. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for bike returns.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
