We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy.

To streamline the return process, we offer refunds for all purchases made at We do not offer exchanges, if you prefer another size or colour, please place a new order, it is faster to consider each order separately. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund. Please be noted it could take up to 10 business days from when we issue the refund for it to appear on your account. We have no control over this timeline and are not able to expedite this process.

A flat $9.99 plus taxes fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the return shipping (Not including Full Bikes). The flat rate is usually less than you’d pay by shipping directly through Canada Post.

  • New, unused gear, bikes, or apparels must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable, and have no unusual oder, hair/fur.
  • Used gear, bikes, or apparels will not be accepted for returns unless the product is defective. Please contact our customer service at for more details. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and ship the product back to the customer at their expense. At our discretion, we may impose restocking fees.

Due to the cost of shipping, we are not able to offer free return shipping on full bikes, please contact us at first if you need to return your bike. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for bike returns.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

To help expedite your warranty request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product brand and description, and a picture of the defect.
